Identification and Normative Approaches of Ethical Issues in Contemporary Competitive Sports

Abstract：Theresearch of contemporary competitive sports demonstrates excessive pan-ethicalization and lacks the identificationof ethical isues，which makes ithard to normalize them.Thisstudybaseson theresearch chainof“ethical isue identification，normativemodeling constructionand normative eficiency validation”，proposing three principlesof self-awareness，valueorientationand socialimpactasethicalcriteria.Byclarifying thesynergisticmechanismof utilitarianismdeontology，contractarianismandvirtuethics，itconstructsadynamicaaptationmodelforthecontextual adaptation of ethical norms.Throughcross-casecomparativereview，itvalidates the model'spractical effectivenessand regulates the theoreticaladaption model.The studyoffersphilosophicallyrigorousandoperationally feasiblesolutions for identifyingand regulating ethical issues incompetitive sports，transforming thenorms from“abstract principles”to " precision-targeted intervention”.
