Practical Dilemmas and Optimization Paths of Integrating Digital Intelligence Technology into Risk Governance in Sporting Events

Abstract：The high-qualitydevelopment of sporting events is an important partoftheconstructionofa sports power.The developmentof digital intelligence technologyhas brought newoportunities for therisk governance insporting events.By usingthe methodsofliteraturereview and logical analysis，thispaper explains the advantages，dificultiesand pathsof integratingdigital intellgencetechnologyintotheriskgovernanceinsportingevents.Itsuggeststhatdigitalintellgence technology breaks theboundariesof information，facilitiesandotherobjectivefactorsaswellasthediferencesof the relevant subjects of sporting events，and brings more possibilities forbuilding a three-dimensional governance architecture system with its advantages of information quality，algorithm computing power and technical rationality，showing the characteristicsofcolaboration，digiizationandintelligence.However，intheprocessofintegratingdigitalintellgence technology into the practiceofrisk governance in sporting events，therearestillpractical dilemmassuch as technology supremacy diluting value goals，the limitations of the scenes alienating the esence of governance and ethical risks downplaying the rationality of the process.Accordingly，the optimization paths are proposed：tobreak the supremacy of technology with scientificand feasibletop-level design，to break throughthe limitationsof thescenewiththe dynamic supportof endogenousand externalconnections，andtoresolveethical riskswithasystematicandeficient guarantee mechanism.
