From“Instructors” to “Architects”:Role Transition of Physical Education Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools from the Perspective of Building an Education Power

Abstract:With the implementation of China'seducation power strategy in thenew era,the role transition of physical educatio teachers in primaryand secondaryschools hasbecomea crucial objective for building a high-quality education system.Employing themethodsof literaturereview,logical analysisand field investigation,through policyimpetus,goal reorientation,professonalcapacitybuildingandvalue guidane,thisstudyelucidates theintrinsiclogicoftherole transition of physical education teachers inprimaryandsecondaryschools fromsportsskills“instructors”to ful-developed “architects”.Itidentifiesfourstructuralcontradictions hinderingthistransition:institutional inertia,conceptualconstraints, capabilitygaps,andvalue marginalization.Accordingly,practical pathwaysareproposed toenhance the joint establishment of“evaluation systems”and“collaborative networks”,to promote paradigmrestructuring of“skill instruction”and “holistic education”,todeepen synergistic development of“interdisciplinary integration”and“digital empowerment”;and to accelerate mutual integration of“school recognition” and“social recognition”.
