Impetus Composition，Practical Challenges and Development Paths of Intelligent Transformation of Community Public Sports Services

Abstract：Theintellgent transformationofcommunity public sportsservices isan important move to met thediversified sports and fitnessneedsof urban residents.This paper uses literature reviews and logical reasoning to explore the impetus composition，practical challengesand development paths of intelligent transformationof communitypublic sports services. It concludesthattheimpetusof intelligent transformationofcommunitypublicsportsservices iscollaborativelycomposed of the exogenous impetus generated bynational policyorientation，scientificand technological empowerment，theexternal driving force arising fromsocial development needs and the improvement of the effectivenessofcommunity management， theupgradingoftheserviceexperience，andthechangeoftheorganizational model.Theproblemsin inteligent transformationof communitypublic sports services，such as insuficient conduction of thepolicy implementation， contradictionintheadaptabilityof digital technology empowerment，escalationof demandandmisalignmentof service provision，and lack of system ofcollborative governance have formed a systematicobstruction，which has brought serious chalenges tothe transformationof communityintellgent public sportsservices.Accordingly，thedevelopment pathsare proposed： improving thepolicy synergy implementation system to strengthen the orientation of wisdom transformation; optimizing theapplication structureof technology transformation to release the driving force of digital empowerment; establishing an accurate matching mode of supplyand demand to enhance the responsiveness of communityservices;and improving the institutional framework of synergistic governance to enhance the security of the transformationand development.
