生物传感器技术在食品安全检测中的应用研究
摘 要:生物传感器技术具有灵敏度高、检测速度快和操作简便等特点,可应用于食品安全检测领域。本文介绍了生物传感器技术的基本原理及其在微生物污染、农药残留、重金属离子和过敏原检测等方面的具体应用,并分析了该技术的优势和局限性,以期为扩大生物传感器技术在食品安全检测中的应用范围提供参考。

Application Study of Biosensor Technology in Food Safety Detection

Abstract: Biosensor technology has the characteristics of high sensitivity, rapid detection and easy operation, and can be applied in the field of food safety detection. This paper introduces the basic principle of biosensor technology and its application in the detection of microbial contamination, pesticide residues, heavy metal ions and allergens, and discusses the advantages and limitations of the current technology, in order to provide reference for expanding the application scope of biosensor technology in food safety detection.
