摘 要：随着经济的发展以及人们生活节奏的不断加快，预制菜行业飞速发展，前景广阔。但受众多因素的影响，我国预制菜行业仍处于前期探索阶段。本文通过介绍预制菜产业的发展历程及现状，对预制菜发展的优势及现存问题进行了分析，以期为预制菜产业的发展提供新思路与新方向。

Development Analysis and Future Prospects of Prepared Dishes Industry

Abstract： With the development of the economy and the continuous acceleration of people’s pace of life， the prepared dishes industry is developing rapidly and has broad prospects. However， due to multiple factors affecting the audience， the prepared dishes industry in China is still in the early exploration stage. This article introduces the development process and current situation of the prepared dishes industry， analyzes the advantages and existing problems of the prepared dishes development， in order to provide new ideas and directions for the development of the prepared dishes industry.
