摘 要：本文重点探讨了食品中重金属污染物的检测方法和去除技术，阐述了常见的食品重金属污染物及其对人体健康的潜在影响，分析了重金属污染物的检测技术，深入研究了多种重金属污染物的去除技术，包括化学方法、生物方法和物理方法，旨在为食品安全管理和公众健康提供更全面的参考和指导。

Research on the Detection and Removal Technology of Heavy Metal Pollutants in Food

Abstract： This paper focuses on the detection methods and removal techniques of heavy metal contaminants in food. The common food heavy metal pollutants and their potential effects on human health were described， the detection technologies of heavy metal pollutants were analyzed， and the removal technologies of various heavy metal pollutants were deeply studied， including chemical methods， biological methods and physical methods， in order to provide a more comprehensive reference and guidance for food safety management and public health.
