Research on the Application of Blockchain Technology in Food Safety Management

Abstract： In today’s global food supply chain environment， food safety management has become the focus of attention. In order to ensure the quality and safety of food， traditional food safety management faces many challenges. This study discusses the characteristics of blockchain technology， the problems existing in food safety management and the application of blockchain technology in food safety management， aiming at improving the efficiency and credibility of food safety management and escorting people’s dietary health.
