高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术在食品添加剂检测中的使用

摘 要：随着食品产业的发展和全球贸易的增加，食品添加剂的使用日益普遍。为了保障公众的健康和消费者的权益，对食品中添加剂进行准确、高效的检测和监控显得尤为重要。本文综述了高效液相-质谱联用技术及其在食品添加剂检测中的使用，以期为食品行业中的添加剂检测提供有益的参考。

The Using of High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in the Detection of Food Additives

Abstract： With the development of the food industry and the increase in global trade， the use of food additives has become increasingly common. In order to protect the health of the public and the rights and interests of consumers， it is particularly important to carry out accurate and efficient detection and monitoring of additives in food. In this paper， high performance liquid-mass spectrometry and its application in the detection of food additives are reviewed， in order to provide useful reference for the detection of additives in food industry.
