食品生产许可现场核查技术规程

摘 要：目前我国食品企业实行生产许可准入制度，本文从核查人员的视角，介绍了食品生产许可现场核查工作的流程及方法技巧，以期为建设高水平、职业化的生产许可核查及监管队伍提供技术指导，同时能够提高食品生产企业管理人员的合规管理水平。

Technical Regulations for On-Site Verification of Food Production License

Abstract： At present， China’s food enterprises implement a production permit access system. This article introduces the process， methods， and skills of on-site inspection of food production permits from the perspective of inspectors. It aims to provide technical guidance for building a high-level and professional production permit inspection and supervision team， while also improving the compliance management level of food production enterprise management personnel.
