摘 要:近年来,人们的生活水平得到了显著提升,餐饮企业的发展规模和营业额也显著增加,食品安全也随之受到了高度重视。在这样的背景下,餐饮企业如何在保证食品安全的同时进行成本控制是值得思考的问题。本文就此展开探索,希望为餐饮类企业的长足发展提供参考。
