新时代加强本科师范生教育实践的策略

——以思政专业为例

摘 要 文章针对当前师范生教育实践存在管理和保障相对薄弱、教育实践实效性不强等问题，从阐述新时代加强思政专业师范生教育实践的重要意义出发，分别从持续完善教育实践制度保障、持续提升教师教育实践指导能力、进一步增强思政师范生参与教育实践的主动性等三方面提出具体的应对措施。

Suggestions for Strengthening Education Practice of Normal Students in the New Era

——Taking Ideological and Political Education Major as an Example

Abstract The article aims to address the issues of relatively weak management and guarantee， and weak effectiveness in educational practice among current normal university students. Starting from the importance of strengthening the educational practice of ideological and political major normal university students in the new era， specific measures are proposed from three aspects： continuously improving the guarantee of educational practice system， continuously improving teachers' ability to guide educational practice， and further enhancing the initiative of ideological and political normal university students to participate in educational practice.
