Research on the Training Path of Foreign-Related Intellectual Property Legal TalentsinHenanProvince

Abstract： [Purposes] Driven by the Intellectual Property Powerful Province Strategy，Henan's modernization has accelerated， with its internationalization process deepening，cross-border intellectual property affairs increasing，and the demand for foreign-related intellectual property legal professionals rising. Based on an analysis of Henan's IP development landscape and talent demand，this study reveals the structural challenges incultivating foreign-related IP legal talents，aiming to provide theoretical support for optimizing training paths.[Methods] Using qualitative analysis methods，the research investigates the current state of foreign-related IP development， talent demand，educational resources，and training mechanisms in Henan Province，focusing particularly on curriculum systems，faculty structure，practical teaching，and the cultivation of international competencies.[Findings]The cultivation of foreign-related IP legal talents in Henan Province faces problems such as outdated curriculum design，singular teaching methods，insufcient legal practice opportunities，and a lack of international perspective.[Conclusions] It is recommended to adopt the principles of cross-disciplinary integration，multi-stakeholder collaboration， industry-education integration，and an international orientation.This involves constructing a diversified curriculum system，building a high-level interdisciplinary faculty team，strengthening legal practice and university-enterprise cooperation，and improving mechanisms for international exchange and language skils training， to comprehensively enhance the overall competitiveness of foreign-related IP legal talents.
