Intelligent Supervision Platform for Mobile Pressure Vessels

Abstract:[Purposes] With the development of modern industry and the increasing requirements of national policies for energy conservation and environmental protection,mobile tank trucks are being used more and more extensively in the transportation of hazardous chemicals and energy.To ensure the safe operation of tank trucks throughouttheir entire life cycle,strengthen the inspection process control of mobile containers,and guarantee their overall safe operation,an inteligent supervision platform for mobile pressure vessls is proposed.[Methods] This paper focuses on key issues such as safety parameter acquisition,remote data transmission,and data management and analysis for mobile pressure vessels.An intelligent management platform is built by deploying high-precision liquid level, pressure,and temperature sensors along with BD/GPS positioning devices,enabling milisecond-level data acquisition of the operating parameters of mobile vessels.Edge computing is utilized to preprocess the monitoring data,thereby realizing functions such as intelligent early warning for pressure vessels.[Findings] Through functions like data backtracking provided by this intelligent supervision platform,the identification of accidents and tracing ofrisk sourcesare effectively supported,oferingreliable technical support for thesafe transportation of mobile containers.[Conclusions] The design of the inteligent supervision platform for mobile pressure vessels enhances their risk early warning capability and supervision efciency,reduces the accident rate,provides a guarantee for the safety of hazardous chemical transportation,and holds broad application prospects.
