Design of an Integrated Platform for Laser Marking and Palletizing BasedonMachineVision

Abstract: [Purposes] In response to the issues of low efficiency,high error rates,and poor flexibility in traditional manual marking and palletizing,an integrated platform for laser marking and palletizing based on machine vision was designed.[Methods] The system is constructed based on a modular concept,consisting of a servo conveyor belt,a six-degree-of-freedom robotic arm,a laser marking unit, and an autonomous identification and digital traceability module.Each unit is interconnected via a unified bus,supporting independent maintenance and online upgrades. The vision system captures the workpiece pose in real time,drives the laser to complete high-precision marking,and then the robotic arm performs flexible grasping and stacking based on intelligent path planning.[Findings] The analysis results indicate that under working conditions,the overall displacement distribution of the robotic arm is reasonable,and the maximum displacement value is within the design allowable range,ensuring the stability and reliability of the robotic arm.[Conclusions] The platform automates the marking and palletiz ing processes, which can efectively reduce labor costs and provide technical support for the intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
