SULai-yi，SHAOQuan，WANGHe-lin（1.InstiteofHigher VocationalEducation，Yuman VocationalCollegeofAgriculture， Kunming，Yunan5O；2.CollegeofconomicsandBusiness，YunanVocationalColgeofAgricuureuming，Yunn60） AbstractHig-qualtdevelopmentisthekeywayforYunnan toachieveastrongagriculturalprovince，andnewqualityproductitisthe fundamentaldivigfocefortegualityevelopmentofunnan’splateucaracteristcodeglture.Onthasisfifgte couplingandcoodinationmechanismofthenewqualityproductivityfYuaagricultureandtheigqaltdevelopentofmodeiculturewithplateaucharacterstics，thisarticleconstructsanevaluationsystemfortenewqualityproductityofYunanagricultureandte high-qualitydvelopentofodeagriculturewithplateaucharacteristicsndusesthetropytodtobainelevelofnalitypro ductivity of Yunnan from2018 to 20 and the levelof high-quality development of modern agriculturewith plateau characteristics，and then analyzesthecouplingandordiationrelatioshipetweeteto.Teresultssowtatecouplingdgreeofthnequaitpoductiiy levelofYunnanagricultureandtheighqualitydevelopmentlevelofmodernagriculturewith plateucharacteristicsincreasedearbyyear from2018to22，indicatingthattenqualityprodutityofunnanagriculturehasprovidednewmomentumfordvelopmentofder agriculturewiteauaracteristicsasedohdvaagsoficualsoucadtudatioofvelopent，ade culturalinustrywitteproductiveforesof“techolog，gren，hracteristc”toacheehigqualitydvelopentof“gqualityadefficiency，greenandecological，integratedandshared’isthecorepath forYunnan tobuildastrongagricultural province.
