AbstractTexploehetofdyexposurestressoloocelsieodyofscoloomaeuetdidicatorselatesato metabolismthaitesatedlloutOclpgsisatedivise suredurationsandtemperatureswerestudied.Teresultsshowedthatthehigherthetemperatureandthelongertheurationthehigherthe mortality rate of P .esculenta,the total numberof 24h blood cells reached the maximum value of 6.74×107 after dry exposure stress, the largest increase in granulocytes at 12h . Cell phagocytosis rate and ROS content reached their maximum at 12 and 24h ,respectively. After exposure to high-temperature dry stress,the haemoglobin were on an uptrend at a maximum of 24h to 28.33g/L and the LDH and SDH decreased significantly.
