AbstractInordertosrentheanti-PRRSVChineseherbalforulas，10kindsofChineseherbalforulaswereprepared，RVADC 30 likestrain（Tanjstran）nfectedMarc-145cellasmodel，toevaluatetheiranti-PRSVefetinitrorst，Mmethodwsusedto determinethetoxicityofteChinesehrbalfomulasonMarc-145celsTheresultsshowedthatthemaximumsafeconcentrationofheChinese herbal formulations was 1.250-10.000mg/mL ，Then，PRRSV Tianjin strain was used to infect Marc-145 cells，and the PRRSV infected Marc-145cellmodelwsstablisd.heeffctsofCneseherbalforulasonMarc-145clifecedbySVweredetermndbblocking，inhibitingandkillngtheemodesofction，toevaluateteanti-RRSVfetof1indsofCinesehrbalfulasinvitroere sultsshowedthatheforula3wasthebest，theforula5，fomula7ndformula1Owerescond.Thisstudyprovidesapreliminarybasis for the research and development of drugs to prevent and cure PRRS.
