Three treatments were set up： T1 （ 50% organic fertilizer + 50% chemical fertilizer），T2（ 100% organic fertilizer），and CK （ 100% chemicalfertlizer）.Theefctsofdfrenttreatmentsonthegrowthandyieldofflue-curedtobaccowerecompaedandanalyzed. [Result]The application of organic fertilizer significantly affcted the growth of tobacco plants.The plant height of ′N1 increased significantly. The stem circumference，maximum leaf width，and bottom three leaf width showed the same trend of T1>T2>CK. .The application of organic fetilizernceadleaficssducedtonteatcheafsiodiprovdtbacoafaitynsoralia uation，thedleandupraesBF）ofamtpefdhestoralldtramentahtlmproedadtCK. ThetotalqualitedasgCKAappopateprofatiaalfertltl promoted the economic traits of flue-cured tobacco.The output value of T1 reached 101830.32yuan/hm2 ，significantly increasing the proportionofhigh-radetbacco.Howevertreatmentledtodceaseiteproporioofggdenddu-hgradebaccoopared toCK，indicaiatciecrtlepaigcalrtllduceeoicaofbaco clusion] The combination of 50% organic fertilizer and 50% chemical fertilizer could increase the yield of flue-cured tobacco and improve the quality of tobacco leaves，and was more suitablefor the tobacco planting area in Lanshan，Yongzhou，Hunan Province.
