Studyon the Extraction of Polyphenols fromPhellinus linteus Fermented Productsand Their Antioxidant Activity

HOULi-l，QILin-ui，JUFeng-xietal（DepartmentofGain，JilnBusinessandTecholgyColge，Changchnl30507） AbstractUsigfermendPhelinus lnteus myceliasamaterial，ultrasoncisteddeputeticsventwassedtextactpolyh nolfromPeliuslsmyendistioidaciityssdOnsisofingectoeperintsgl wereusedtofurtroptieteetractioprocsparameesofolsineyeofelluslnteus;DPHndfredicalscavengigexperintsereudtoalythtioidanapacityoflowslntetcofPeliuslntesyel nols.TheresultshowedthattheoptimalextractionprocessforPhelinus linteusmycelumpolyphenolswasasfolowsextractiontieof 45 min，extraction temperature of 55qC ，DES moisture content of 45% ，solid-liquid ratio of 15g/mL ，and the extraction amount of Phellinus linteus polyphenols under these conditions was 12.26mg/g ;the experimental results of in vitro antioxidant activity showed that the antioxidant effectofelis splsosiielodiotionddiavengedi cals and ABTS + free radicals.
