AbstractObjective]TostudytheprotectivefectofDendrobmhuoshanensecompoudbeverageongastricinjuryMethod]heetract of D huoshanensewasusedasteainawmaterial，ndtheextractoflcoriceandporiacocoswereusedastheexcipients todevelopaco poundbeveragewittefuntioofprotetingsttestialtract，ndtodyisimproeenttoncuteohlicasticjuy mice.Theforulaofcompositebeveragewasotiizedbyresponsesufacetest.Resultersultsshowedthattheotiumprocsforula of D .huoshanense composite drink was ： D . huoshanense extract 29.9% ，licorice extract 35.9% ， poria extract 12.8% ， 30% xyliter solution （202 17.1%，0.1% citric acid solution 4.3% . Under these conditions，the product had the highest sensory evaluation，the best taste，and the physicochemicalpropertisereinlineithnationalsandards.naimalexperiments，HEsainingresultssowedthataftertheiteretionf high-dose D .huoshanensecomplexdrink，thegastric tissecellstructurewas moreorderlythanthatofte odelgroup，theswellngdegreewas reduced，adtebleedingoitsreededomparedithodelgrouptecontetsofH，OndSODctityinastricisef mice in all groups of D . huoshanense complex drink were increased. The contents of MDA，TNF- αααααααααααααααααααααααααααα and IL- 1β were decreased.［Conclusion] The compound drink of D ：huoshanense shows a significant improvement efect on alcoholic stomach injury.
