叶用枸杞也称菜用枸杞、枸杞芽菜，为茄科（Solanaceae）枸杞属（Lycium）落叶灌木枸杞经叶用化衍生而来的一类自然或人工选育、创制品种的统称[1-2]，主要用于获取优质嫩叶嫩梢作为药膳康养食材[3-4]或各类保健产品加工原料等[5-7]。（剩余13742字）
