AbstractObjective]nodertosudthefetofaddngSpirulinaplatensisinfeedonthegrowthstatusofSanuagchicks.MethodFour groups of feed were set up in the experiment. Without adding S platensis as control group(CK),and the experimental groups were added with 2% (T1) 4% ( T2 )and 6% ( T3 )concentration gradients of S .platensis.The chicks with an average initial weightof (34.76±0.50 )gwere fed,andthirowthefoancemuegadexndialateandrelatedicatorsemeasud.esultesultserify that the content of phycocyanin in S.platensiswas 0.06mg/mL ,and the number of phycocyanin per 100g was 9.79g .Compared with CK,the average daily feed intake,weight gain rate and immune organ index of chicks in the feed group added with s platensis increased,and the diarrhea rate and mortality rate decreased.The average daily feed intake of λ12 chicks increased by 27.90% compared with CK,the body weight increased significantly ( P<0.05) ,and the weight gain rate increased significantly by 64.78 percentage point ( P<0.05 );the diarrhea rateof each experimental group was lower than that of CK,and the diarrhea rate of T3 was significantly lower than that of CK ( P<0.05 ). Compared with CK,the survival rate of T3 was significantly increased ( P<0.05 ).The spleen index,thymus index and bursa index of T1,T2 and T3 were significantly higher than those of CK( P<0.05 ).[Conclusion]These results demonstrated the addition of s .platensis in feed isa good green broodingethdtoigificantlyiprovetdileditakeightiatemueoganidendvialateoficksspl S.platensis with high phycocyanin content.
