Abstract:This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the current state of undergraduate teaching quality of B University,identifies keyfactorsafecting teachingquality,analyzes existing problems,and proposescoresponding insights and countermeasures.The study finds that B University hasachieved significant results in educational philosophy,teaching management systems,alocation of teaching resources,curiculum design,and teaching methods. However,challenges stillexist intheconstructionof teaching staff,updating ofcurriculumsystems andteachingcontent, andinovation inteaching methodsandapproaches.Thearticlesuggests thatthe universityshould furtherstrengthen the construction of teaching staffoptimize the curriculumsystemand teaching content,and innovate teaching methods and approaches to improve undergraduate teaching qualityand cultivate more high-qualityprofessionals,contributing more significantly to the country's economic and social development.
