Abstract：Theupperandlowersealingvalves on thetopofthebellessfurnace arekeyequipment inthe belless furnace top system，which playarole inthe pressure reliefof the material tank and the high-pressure sealing of the furnace top.Thevalve plateis thecore componentthatdetermines thesealingandis alsoavulnerable component. Major steel companies atach great importance to thequalityof spare parts for valve plates.Atfirst， when the upper and lower sealing valves were supplied as a whole，the entire valve had alreadyundergone pressure testing inthe factory and was qualified before being packaged and shipped.Theseparate supplyof valve plates must also meet the pressure test standards of the entire valve，whichis amandatoryrequirementof major steel enterprises andan innovative pursuit of various manufacturers.This article selects typical valve plate spare parts supplied byour company，analyzes and envisions their individual compression， and summarizes the solutions ultimately found.
