Abstract：It analyzes the regional employment diffrences offouruniversities with the metallurgical characteristics， which have goodquality of employment information disclosure.It was found that the common characteristics such as dislocation of source areas and employment areas，and employment flows to economically developed areas mainly， especially central cities.At the same time，there are alsophenomena such as different proportions of graduates returning to their hometowns to work.Somesuggestions are put forward such as to further publicizeand guide graduates to make contributions where themotherland needs them most，continuouslyadjustandoptimize the profesional structure through thelinkageofenrollment，trainingand employment，soastohighlightmetallurgicalcharacteristics，differentregions shouldfurther optimizeandimplementthepolicyof atracting talentsaccording tolocalconditions，andfurther improve thequality of employmentinformationdisclosure.
