Abstract：Nanjing IronandSteelGroupCo.，Ltd.，asoneof thesignificant enterprisesinChina’ssteel industry，has itsheadquarters inNanjing，Jiangsu Province.Thecompanyis deeplyengaged in the manufacturing anddistribution of steel products，with a widerange of product lines covering hot-rolledcoil and sheet，cold-rolledcoil and sheet， and various specifications of stel pipes，demonstrating itsdiversified product structure.With advanced production facilitiesand technologies，Nanjing Steehasoccupiedan important position inthe market.However，withthechanges inthesteel marketenvironment andthecomplexityof internal operations，thecompany's financial situationis facing some chalenges.In viewof this，thisarticleaims to explore thegrowth abilityof Nanjing Steel indifferentfinancial cycles，apply DuPont analysis toevaluate thecompany's financial status，ndsystematicallydiscussthecore issuesand predicaments itiscurrentlyfacing，withtheexpectationof providing valuablereferences and insights forthesustainable development of the enterprise.
