Abstract:Analysis ofthekeyof highcarbon iron chromium isthedissolutionofsample processing,highcarboniron chromium,chromium mainlychromium carbide,itspropertyis stable,withacid isdificult tocompletelydecompose, generallyadopt the way of sodium peroxide alkali melting,but also affcted bythequalityofsodium peroxide,sodium peroxide poor,sample melting is notthorough,cause the test result is low,therefore put forward secondary melting sampleprocesing method.Through theexperiment,themethodof secondary melting issummarized under theactual situation,and two high carbon ferrochromium standard substances are determined bythis method.The measurement results show thatthe method hasgood accuracyand precision,which mets the requirements ofdaily analysis in he laboratory of iron and steel enterprises.
