Abstract：This paper expounds thebackgroundandsignificance of the reformof industrial workers'teambuilding. Taking Shaan Steel Group as an example，it summarizes the beneficial explorations and achievements made by Shaan Steelinthereformof industrial workers'teambuilding.Combined withliteratureanalysis，italsodiscussestheexisting problems inthereformof industrialworkers'teambuilding instate-owed enterprises atthe present stage，and thus puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
