Abstract:This paper focuses on the processcharacteristics and control requirements of the blast furnace charging system.Itanalyzes thekey componentsof electrical automation control technology,including ProgrammableLogic Controller (PLC),variablefrequencydrive,Distributed ControlSystem(DCS)/industrialEtheret,sensorsanddetection devices,and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) technology.Acompletecontrolsystemdesignand implementation method is proposed to improve equipment efciency and safety while reducing failure rates.

0引言

高炉炼铁过程在原料上料方面,对连续性和均匀性有非常高的要求,上料系统身为物料供给关键部分,其运行质量直接影响高炉炉况稳定、能耗水平及生产效率,随着冶金工业往智能制造、绿色低碳方向走,传统电气控制系统内常见的人工操作频繁、控制精度低、故障诊断滞后等状况,已很难契合现代生产需求。(剩余5044字)
