Abstract:Thisarticleintroducestheadvantagesofusingexternalinsulationtechnologyforthehotblastfurnaceshell Through theoretical calculationsand practical datacomparisons,itpointsout thatthecoreof technology is to closely coordinateon-sitedetectionandadjustment,andtocontrol the temperatureoftheshellabove theaciddew pointof the fluegas foralong time.Combined with engineering practice,a detailed analysis is conductedon the main influencing factors of external insulation.

热风炉炉壳是决定其使用寿命的关键部位,热风炉壳体在生产过程中长期受到高温气体、温度应力、腐蚀介质等作用,近几年国内多座高炉的热风炉炉壳陆续出现开裂问题(见图1),不仅减少热风炉的服役寿命,还给高炉的生产带来巨大经济损失。(剩余5035字)
