Abstract：Inthedevelopment process offamilycharged businesses，thechanges broughtaboutby inheritance are the main factors affecting changes incompany’s financial performance.Because the diffrences incogitation between the oldand new leaders onthecompany's development strategyoften playa decisiverole in thecompany's financial performance.Thisarticletakes Shagang GroupCo.，Ltd.asacase study toanalyze the impactofthefamily inheritance process on the company's financial performance.Judging from the inheritance process of Shagang Group，Mr.Bin Shen， the sonof Wenrong Shen，took over as chairman and theparty secretary in2O16 when China was implementing supplyside structural reforms，and promoted the company's reform when the industry competition landscape changed.And the results are obvious，Shagang Group achieved asubstantial increase in profit levels.Since then，with thecontinuous advancement of the company's internalreforms，thecompany hasonce againachieved profitability growth.The family inheritance process of Shagang Group provides areference forthesecond generationof private entrepreneurs in China to gradually take charge of the company.
