Abstract：This paper presentsadetailed studyonthe electrical commissoning method forthe tensioncontrol system of a high-speed wire rod finishing mill It covers keystepssuch as pre-commissioning preparation， electrical joint debuging，PLCcontrol logic testing， tension sensor calibration，drive system modeling，closed-loop parameter tuning， and multi-motor coodination.A practical and repeatable method for typical finishing lines is proposed.Common fault scenarios are also discussed with targeted solutions.
