Abstract:This paper proposes a limestone particle size clasification utilization scheme for the problems such as low output,equipment blockage caused bysintering lumps,high labor intensityandout-of-control kilnconditions when using limestone with high magnesium content (average MgO 3.2% )and poor calcination effect from the ~ self-owned minein themechanized shaft kilndue tothe increase incoalratioandthe extensionofcalcination time:The O-4cm crushedstone isused in the clinker production line,and the4-6cmand 6-9cm particle sizes areused for the sintering ash inthe shaft kiln calcination.Practice shows that this scheme achieves 100% comprehensive utilization of mine resources,saves 33.6oO yuan in limestone procurement costs per kiln perday,reduces the number of kiln shutdowns from8-1O times per month to 2-3 times,and increases thequalified rateof ash output quality from 75 % -80%to 90 % 1 (204 95% , providing an engineering solution for the eficient utilization of low-grade limestone.
