Abstract:Theriseof "Laid-back"culture in the workplace in recentyears iscloselyrelated to the new generation of young people becoming the main force in the workplace.Theseemployees oftenhavealow desire forwealth,face various challengesanddificultiesatwork witha peaceful,non-demandingatitude,and focus oninnersatisfactionandbalance. This paper classifies employees under the "Laid-back" culture,and uses corrsponding theoretical methods to provide targeted incentives to different categories of "Laid-back" employees.
