Abstract:Againstthebackdropoffiercecompetitionandvolatilemarketdemands inthesteel industry,thetraditional paper-based steel card management model has constrained enterprise development due to issues such as low efficiency and difficult traceability.Thispaper proposesthe constructionof an inteligent electronic steel card information management system,which leverages the Ruoyi development framework and MES system datato integrate information from production processs through industrial networks. The system achieves functions such as automatic data capture, quality traceability,and production processcontrol. Covering modules like basic steelcard information,inspection, heating,routing,and performance testing,thesystemcanaccuratelylocate qualityisses,optimizeproductionproceses, andenhancemanagement eficiency.Practicesshowthat thesystemsignificantlyimproves thereliabilityandtraceability ofqualitymanagement,reduces humanrisks,providesanefectivepathforthedigitaltansformationofsteelenterprises, and offers reference for technological upgrading in the industry.
