Abstract: This paper addresses the issue of excessive oil consumption in hydraulic systems within steel enterprises by proposinganinnovative solution integrating mechanical hydraulictheoryandelectrical control theory.Byinstaling an integrated electronicand digital displayflow monitoringsystem ateach valve station,thesystemcalculates realtimeflowdiferences between inletandoutletportsandincorporatesanalarmfeedback mechanism,enabling precise leakage detection and rapid response.Research demonstrates that this solution delivers significant economic benefits, withannualoil costsavings of15oomillionRMB,maintenancecostreductionsof40O millonRMB,andaproductivity increaseofapproximately3 % . Additionally,it offers notable environmental advantages. The paper elaborates on the mechanical hydraulicworking principles,electrical control framework,cost-benefitanalysis,andrisk assessment, providing theoretical and practical guidance for energy-saving optimization in industrial hydraulic systems.
