Abstract：Drivenbythe“electification，inteligentization，andconnectedization”transformationoftheautomotiveindustry，the cultivationofutomotiveprofeioalsivcatioalcollgesstbupadedto“nterdsiplinarytchicalandiedtalent". Cuentlysingleutomoieproessioalesfceposuchasproessalssntcollaboraiodisp resources，makingitdificultfortemtoeettenedsofinterdisciliarypositiossuchasnewenergyvehicledetectionanditeligentconectedvehiclediagnosis.Tispaperfocusesonthecorecontradictionsintheinterdisciplinaryconstructionofutomotiveteams invocationalcollges，analyzes theexistingproblemsinfourdimensions：organzatioaltrctur，currculumsystem，teachingstaff team，ndpracticalesouces，ndproposessystematicpathfromfouraspectsoptiingtheorganzatinalstructurecostructing thecurriculumsstem，strengtheningtheonstructioofteacingstaff，andbuldngpracticalplatfors.Itprovidesaeferecfrultivating technical and skiled talents that meet the needs of the industry.
