Optimized Design of the Hydraulic System for Wide-body Mining Dump Trucks Based on Confluence Valves and Priority Valves

Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsofenergywaste,oiltemperaturerise,pipeburstrisk,andlowliftingeficiencyinthehydraulic systemofof-roadwide-bodyminingdumptrucksithaloadcapacityexceding80tons,thistudyproposesanoptimizedhdraulic systemdesignbasedonconfluencevalvesandpriorityvalves.Bymergingtheoilsupplyof thesteeringsystemandtheliftingsystem andntroducinganoveflowprotetionmechansm,tesystemachevesreducedibration,protetioofthesteingciit,aed anti-burstperformance,andimprovedenergyeficiencyTestresultsshowthattheimprovedsystemsignificantlyincreasesthlifting speed under dual-pump confluence when the lifting pressure does not exceed 20MPa ,reduces energy consumption by more than 15% , andefectivelyavoidspipeburstrisksthroughtheone-wayvalvedesignoftheair-controledistributionvalve.Thisreseachprovides practical references for the design of hydraulic systems in heavy-duty mining vehicles.
