Optimized Design of Embedded Energy Management Module Structure in Intelligent Networked Vehicles

Abstract:Therapiddevelopmentofintellgentandconnectedvehicles(ICV)hasraiseddemandsforhighprecision,lowpower consumption,and highresponsivenessinenergymanagement systems.Theembeded energy management moduleservesasacore component,anditsstructuraldesign influences theeergyusageeficiencyandenduranceoftheentirevhicle.Thispaperfocuseson optimizingthedesignoftraditionalmodules,adresingtheirshortcomingsofhighpowerconsumption,lowfunctionalintegation, andslowdynamicesponse.Iitialltanalyzs theeergemandharacteristisofICVsinarioussenariosandpropossaotiization framework of "hardware module + algorithm adaptation".Hardware optimization research is conducted from three aspects: powermanagementunit(MU)topology,MCUcomputingpowerallocation,andheatdisipationstructurelayout.Theaimis toprovide technicalreferencefortheengineringaplicationofEVenergymanagementmodules,whichisofgeatsignificanceforenhancngthe endurance of the entire vehicle and ensuring energy safety.
