Abstract:InordertosolvethetechnicalproblemthatthecarbondepositioninthepiezoelectricfuelinjectorofGDIengineislikely toleadtothedistortionofsprayshap,thedeclineoffuelatomizationquality,andthenleadtotheengiepoweratenuationandemissionsexceedingtestandard,thepaperfirstconstructsthecarbondeposiiondnamicmodeloftepiezoelectricfuelijectorofGDn ginefromtwoaspectsofodelassumptionsandboundaryconditionseting,andcarbon depositiondynamic equationderivation,and thendesignsamultipulsecleaningschemefromtwoaspectsofequipmentandprocess,andcleaningeffectevaluation,inordertopr videtheoreticalsupportforthepreventioandcontrolofcarbondepositioninGDengininjectors,andelpimproveteegiepower performance and emission compliance rate.

GDI发动机喷油器工作环境复杂,燃油中不饱和烃、硫化物等成分在高温高压工况下易发生热裂解与氧化聚合反应,在喷油器喷孔内外表面形成积碳。(剩余5760字)
