Dynamics Model and Multi pulse Cleaning Method for Carbon Accumulation in GDI Engine Piezoelectric Injectors

Abstract:InordertosolvethetechnicalproblemthatthecarbondepositioninthepiezoelectricfuelinjectorofGDIengineislikely toleadtothedistortionofsprayshap,thedeclineoffuelatomizationquality，andthenleadtotheengiepoweratenuationandemissionsexceedingtestandard,thepaperfirstconstructsthecarbondeposiiondnamicmodeloftepiezoelectricfuelijectorofGDn ginefromtwoaspectsofodelassumptionsandboundaryconditionseting，andcarbon depositiondynamic equationderivation，and thendesignsamultipulsecleaningschemefromtwoaspectsofequipmentandprocess,andcleaningeffectevaluation,inordertopr videtheoreticalsupportforthepreventioandcontrolofcarbondepositioninGDengininjectors，andelpimproveteegiepower performance and emission compliance rate.
