Optimal Design of the Lifting Mechanism for Leak-free Compression Garbage Trucks

Abstract:Inviewoftheproblems suchasbearing fracture,heavy structureandlongresearchanddevelopmentcycleexistingin theliftingmechanmofacertaitpeofak-freecompactiogarbageuckinpracticaluse,thispapeestablshsitsthdision alfinitelementmodelandusesANSYStoconductstaticandmodalanalysisoftelifting mechanismtoidentifystressconcentration andweakparts.Basedonthesimulationresults,Theoptimization measuresofadngtriangularreiforcingribsatthetailofthesupport ndimplementingreasonableopenings forthesupportandtheswingarmwere proposed.Aftertheoptimization,the massof te mechanism was reduced by 6.5% ,the maximum stress was decreased by 17.3% ,and the maximum deformation was reduced by 10.5% Moreover,thefrequenciesofthefirsttreemodeswereallincreased.Thisoptimizationschemeasbeentestedndappiedonvehicles,with good results and promotion value.

近年来,我国加快推进生活垃圾分类制度的落实,相关举措已由局部试点逐步推广至全国范围并取得阶段性成效,各地环卫部门对垃圾分类收运装备的需求持续增长,尤其对湿垃圾收运设备的需求尤为迫切,面向湿垃圾收运的无泄漏压缩垃圾车,能够有效抑制转运过程中污水的滴洒与外溢1。(剩余6188字)
