Analysis of Roll Stability of Tank Vehicle Combinations

Abstract:Turningorlanechanging,acosimulationmodeloftankvehiclesbasedonTruckSimandSimulinkwasestablished.Quasistatievaluationinicatoranddyaicevaluatioidicatorsereuedtoalyeteollsabilityoftankiclesithdieossectionsunderdiferentflngratios.Thesimulationresultssowedthatthcenterofmassofircularliuidtanksishigher,andheliquidslosingilitialdaksiostsrsuligirollagsdllangarelofetaa ryingthem,aswellaslowerllverthresoldOptiingtheliqdtankdesig,duetoitslowercenterofassposiondo er upper width of the tank,can reduce liquid sloshing within a filling ratio range of 50%-90% compared to other liquid tanks,there byimproving the roll stability of liquid vehicles.
