Abstract:WiththearivalofteIndustry4.0era,intellgenttechnologyhasbroughtrevolutionarychangestothecommercialvehicleassemblyprocess.Byintroducingadvancedtechnologiessuchasdigitaltwins,machinevision,andarificialintelligenealgo rithms,thecommercialvehicleassmblylineasachievedatransformationandupgradingfromtraditioalmanualoperationtointeligentcollaboratieopratioItellintprosstiatioivelyimpresssblyccacyrodctioeydaltystability,reduceshumanerorrates,andlaysasolidfoundationforflexibleproduction.Practicehasshothattedpaplicatio of intelligettechnologycansignificantlyimproveteprocesslevelofommercalvehicleassmbly,promotethedevelopmentofanufacturingmodelstowardsdigitization,etwoing,andintellgence,andprovideimportanttchnicalsupportfortheigualitydevelopment of the commercial vehicle industry.
