Abstract：Thispapertakes thetalenttraining modeofnewenergyvehicletechnologyas theresearchobject，and proposesaninovativetalenttraining modeof“schoolidustryenterprisejointeducation，combiningtheorywithalty”toadressthepainpointsof insuficientitegatiofducatiodindustrinuretvocatioalducationdorcoperatimehasmetenols enterprises.Byitroduingindustrysiationsasynks，atripartitecolborativeeducatiomehasmof“sholindustyte prise"iscostructed，ndteoreticalachngirtalsiulationdpacticaloperatioitegatedteahingmoelofthali ty，adpracticeisitegatedtoeepreisematchngbetweentalentculivatonadindustrydemand.Empiicalreseachasson thatthismodelsignificantlyenancesstudents'tehnicalappcationabilityandjobadaptability，ectivelysolvingproblemssuchas thedisconnectbetweenteoryadpractieintraditioaltalentcultiationmodelsandteachingcontentlaggingbindiduslte nology development.
