Research on Diagnosis and Prediction Methods of Inconsistent Faults in Automotive Power Batteries

Abstract:Inorder toenhancetheoperational safetyand maintenanceeficiencyofautomotivepower bateriesundercomplex workingconditions,thepaperconducts in-depthanalysisoncommon inconsistencyissuesduringbaterypackoperation,costructsa faultdiagnosismodelntegatingmultisoucedata,andemploysmachineleaingalgoritstoidntifydeviationcharacteristicsofprameterssuchasSOC,voltage,ndtemperature.Anddesignapredictionframework basedontimeseriestomodelthetrendofinconsistencydegradation.Experimentalverificationwasconductedbyselectingtypicaloperatingconditionsofspecialvehicles.Theresults showthattheproposedmethodhasobviousadvantages intermsofdiagnosticaccuracyandpredictionstability.Theresearchesultscan provideteoreticalsupportandengineeringguidancfortehalthmanagementandlifeextensioofbaterysystemsinspecpurpose vehicles.
