Abstract:Inresponse toissuessuchasfatiguecracks,plastic deformation,andfracturefailureoccuring inthethrustrodofmining wide-bodiedvehiclesunderheav-loadconditios,asystematicoptimizatinstudyomateralselectionandmanufacturingpcesses wa conducted.Bycomparingandanalzingthe mechanicalpropertiesofvariouscandidate materials,anaplicablelow-allyhigh strengthtelsystemwasselected.Theorthogonalexperimentalmethodwasemployed tooptimizethealloyelementcomposition,and a systematic studywasconductedontheinfluenceofheat treatment parameterssuchasquenching temperature,colingrate,ndtemperingtemperatureontheevolutioofmicrostructure.Basedonmetalograhicanalysisandmechanicalpropertytestig,aceaion modelbetween processparameters,microstructure,and propertieswasestablished.Afteroptimization,thetensilestrength,yield strengthandmpacttoughessoferustderesiificantlyimproedndtetigelifeasgeatlyetededtigte quirementsofheavy-loadtransportationinmines.Thisprovidesechnicalsupportforthedesignandmanufacturingofkeyload-bearing components in mining vehicles.
