Abstract:Therapiddevelopmentofte liquid tank truck industryhas placedhigherdemandsonthe manufacturing eficiencyof its corecomponents.Asacriticalintealstructureofliquidtanktrucks,themanufacturigeficiencyofwavebreakingpanelsdirectlyimpacts theproductioncycleandcostoftevehicles.Hydro-bulginghasbecomethemainstreammanufacturingprocessforwave-breaking panelsduetoitsdantagesofxelsfacealityighesiodooldostsHoweeritsecyeseb comingincreasinglyapparent.Thispaperconductsanin-depthnalysisofthefactorsafectingtheeiciencyofthehydrobulgigpro cesforave-breakingpanels.Itultimatelyidentifiesthewaterinjectioninflationandpresureeliefdrainageprocesssasthebotle necksintheoperational workflow.Throughnumericalcalculationsandexperimentalvalidation,effectivepathwaysforenhancigeficiency have been identified.
