Abstract：Therapiddevelopmentofte liquid tank truck industryhas placedhigherdemandsonthe manufacturing eficiencyof its corecomponents.Asacriticalintealstructureofliquidtanktrucks，themanufacturigeficiencyofwavebreakingpanelsdirectlyimpacts theproductioncycleandcostoftevehicles.Hydro-bulginghasbecomethemainstreammanufacturingprocessforwave-breaking panelsduetoitsdantagesofxelsfacealityighesiodooldostsHoweeritsecyeseb comingincreasinglyapparent.Thispaperconductsanin-depthnalysisofthefactorsafectingtheeiciencyofthehydrobulgigpro cesforave-breakingpanels.Itultimatelyidentifiesthewaterinjectioninflationandpresureeliefdrainageprocesssasthebotle necksintheoperational workflow.Throughnumericalcalculationsandexperimentalvalidation，effectivepathwaysforenhancigeficiency have been identified.

1前言

液罐车是用于运输油类、化工液体等危险品的专用车辆，防波板（又称防浪板）是液罐车的核心零部件，用量大，其主要作用是减少罐内液体因车辆运动产生的波动和冲击，从而提升行驶稳定性，防止侧翻，避免因液体晃动导致罐体压力变化或液体外溢[1]。（剩余3301字）
