Abstract:Addressingthesignificantperformancedegradationoflithium-ionbattriesforelectricvehiclesinlow-temperaturenvironments,hichseverelyimpacts teircharge-dischargeeficiency,anovelandhighlyeficientcarbonnanotube-basedlowtemperatureheatingflmforbaterymoduleshasbendevelopedComparativeexperimentswereconductedtoevaluatetheheatingperformanceofcarbonnanotubeheating filmsversusPTCheating filmsonlithiumironphosphatebaterymodulesunderlow-temperatureconditions.Theresultsdemonstratethatthecarbonnanotubeheatingfilmexhibitssuperiortemperatureuniformity,thermaltability,andurabilityComparedtoCheatingfilms,thecarbonnanotubeatingfilmofersenancedeatingeiciency,teper ature rise characteristics,and advantages in terms of lightweight and flexibility.
