Abstract：Inorder toimproveadvancednature，innovationandchalengeofChinesemedicinechemistryteaching，and promote students’scientificesearchtinkingandinnovativeabilityescientificresearchdeasandmetodsoftraditionalChinsedicine havebeenresearchedandapliedtotheinnovativeteachingand practiceoftheChinesemedicinechemistrycoursebyourteaching team.Thispaperdiscussestheintegrationof teachingcontentthroughthe“scientificresearch feedingbackteaching”modelandthe optimizationofteachingdesignthroughtheonlineandoflinehybridteachingmodelfromfouraspects：teachingcontent，teachingdesign，teachingmodelanddivesifidteachingevaluation.heevaluationiscaridoutusingquestionnairesureys，studentslaroo performaceandscientificresearchresultsfromthesecondclassroom.Throughthe practiceofinovativeteaching，betterteaching efecthavebenachieved，rovdngnewideasandmethodsfortheteachingofChnesemedicinechemistryndprovidingusefuleer ences for promoting students'innovative ability and scientific research competence.
